Common questions

Will my premium subscription move to a new phone?

Yes. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID. On a new phone, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap "Restore purchases" in the app to bring premium back. No account needed.

Will my quests and progress move to a new phone?

Not automatically in this version. Finywell stores your data on your device, so before switching phones, use the export feature to save your data, then import it on the new device. (Automatic cloud sync is planned for a future update.)

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open your device's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and you can manage or cancel Finywell there.
