By using Finywell, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The app

Finywell is a productivity app that helps you finish meaningful projects while taking care of yourself. We provide it as-is and work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Subscriptions and payment

Finywell offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Your content

The quests, missions, and reflections you create are yours. Because Finywell is local-first, that content lives on your device, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups using the in-app export feature.

Acceptable use

Please use Finywell for its intended purpose and do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Finywell is not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app. We strongly encourage regular exports to protect your progress.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
